Usage instruction

Dear backers, 

We have prepared each Rollbe so that it is ready to roll. However, we would like to share some additional information that’ll be useful to know when using your Rollbe.

• Put a very slight pressure on the Rollbe when rotating. Even though the ruler has knurled edge surface and it rotates nice and easy, a slight pressure is advised to avoid chance of slipping. You don’t have to push it hard, you’ll see.

Shipping

We’d like to let you know that the shipping process goes smoothly and more than a half (575) rewards have been shipped out already. By far, we have shipped out the following:

• Rollbe S - Super Early Bird & Early Bird rewards
• Rollbe L - Super Early Bird & Early Bird rewards

Regarding the rest of rewards - they are in the process and very soon will be shipped out as well.

If you are a backer of mentioned reward tier – you will receive your package very soon! Normally shipments take 1-2 weeks. If your reward delivery takes up to more than 2 weeks from now, please contact us, and we will check your package status. Unfortunately, Kickstarter doesn't work as an e-commerce site, so we haven't got the automated system to send out tracking numbers. Although, our previous experience proves that the process goes very smooth.

In case there is any problem we will solve it in the best way possible and make sure everyone gets Rollbe.

We’ll let you know as soon as the rest of rewards are shipped out! We kindly ask and thank you for your patience.
